Federal State Unitary Enterprise “State ATM Corporation” was established to meet requirements of airspace users to air navigation services and to ensure safety and regularity of civil aviation flights.

The main objective of State ATM Corporation is to provide air navigation services to users of the Russian Federation airspace.

  • Improvement of air traffic service management and oversight;
  • Participation in development of the optimized airspace structure;
  • Enhancement of ATS personnel proficiency level;
  • Maintenance of ATS systems and equipment availability;
  • Participation in pursuing a unified technical policy aimed at modernization and development of the Uniform Air Traffic Management System;
  • Enhancement of economic and financial efficiency;
  • ATM investment activities;
  • Assistance in contract regulation of social and labour relations and in accommodation of social and economic interests of State ATM Corporation employers and employees.
