Non-commercial organization Non-state superannuation fund Aviapolis was established in 1994.

The founders are the following legal entities:

• FSUE «State ATM Corporation»;
• Federal Air Traffic Controllers Union of Russia (FPAD).
• Aviation Radar, Radionavigation and Communication Workers Union of Russia (PARRIS RU).

Aviapolis has an unlimited state license of 1996 № 194 to perform non-state pension provision.
