Eastern Siberia Air Navigation Branch Wins the World Asian Football Tournament

The Second Asian Football Tournament among ATCOs was held in Irkutsk. The team of the “Eastern Siberia Air Navigation” branch of the State ATM Corporation won the games. The team from China ranked second and the “North East Air Navigation” branch was the third. The tournament was held in the atmosphere of friendship and fair play.

All the participants appreciated the high level of the organization of the competitions. The Third Asian Tournament among ATCOs will be hosted by Mongolia in July 2019. The number of participants will increase as more Asian ANSPs are expected to take part in the tournament next year.

It should be mentioned that the State ATM Corporation team has repeatedly won continental and world football tournaments. The 52nd European Cup Football among ATCOs will be held in Moscow next year.
