FSUE “State ATM Corporation” expands Moscow ACC’s payroll budget
The FSUE “State ATM Corporation” and the Federal Union of Air Traffic Controllers (on execution of order 779/2011/39/3 dated 18 August 2011) held a meeting joined by Vsevolod Vukolov, Head of the Federal Labor and Employment Service (Rostrud), on 23-24 April.
The FSUE “State ATM Corporation” and the Federal Union of Air Traffic Controllers (on execution of order 779/2011/39/3 dated 18 August 2011) held a meeting joined by Vsevolod Vukolov, Head of the Federal Labor and Employment Service (Rostrud), on 23-24 April. Following the negotiations’ outcome, the participants signed an agreement and the minutes of the meeting.
During the meeting, the participants agreed that the FSUE “State ATM Corporation” would ensure a monthly expansion of Moscow ACC’s employees’ payroll budget by 22.2 million rubles starting 1 March 2014. The Federal Union of Air Traffic Controllers recognized this as fulfilling the order.
The method to increase the payroll budget will be agreed within the Commission for Salary Adjustments, comprised of representatives of all national trade unions of the State ATM Corporation.
Upon issuing the payroll budget expansion order, the Moscow State Labor Inspection will carry out an unscheduled audit.
