State ATM Corporation and ANS Finland Held Negotiations in St. Petersburg
On 12 December 2017 “North West Air Navigation” Branch hosted bilateral negotiations between State ATM Corporation and Air Navigation Services Finland Oy in St. Petersburg.
On 12 December 2017 “North West Air Navigation” Branch hosted bilateral negotiations between State ATM Corporation and Air Navigation Services Finland Oy in St. Petersburg. The Russian delegation was headed by Director General Igor Moiseenko and ANS Finland was represented by its CEO Raine Luojus.The representatives of the Finnish ANSP informed on the changes related to the recent establishment of ANS Finland. It is noteworthy that the company was created on 1 April 2017 as a result of a separation from Finavia. The Russian delegation provided information on changes in air traffic in Russian airspace as well as ACCs consolidation and the recent launch of a new Flight Control Centre at Moscow ATC Centre.
The parties discussed issues of AMHS implementation between St. Petersburg and Helsinki that took place on 7 December 2017, exchanged views on technical solutions regarding aeronautical telecommunication channel as well as activities in view of the forthcoming FIFA World Cup in 2018.
