State ATM Corporation Delegation Takes Part in World ATM Congress

Representatives of State ATM Corporation Head Office and regional branches took part in the 6^th World ATM Congress held in Madrid on 6 – 8 March 2018.

State ATM Corporation Head Office was represented by Deputy Directors General Sergey Pogrebnov and Nikita Danilov.

At the exhibition, the Russian delegation visited booths of major Russian and foreign air navigation equipment manufacturers and leading ANSPs, got familiar with new advances in the sphere of air navigation services for civil aviation operations, as well as management of ATC personnel professional training and retraining.

The exhibition provided a forum for working meetings with the ANSPs of Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Russian manufacturers of ATC equipment and systems. The experts exchanged views on the implementation of new ATM technologies, as well as supplies of equipment for Russian area control centres as part of State ATM Corporation’s ongoing modernisation.

The 7^th World ATM Congress will take place in March 2019.
