State ATM Corporation Experts Awarded with IATA Certificates

International Air Transport Association (IATA) certificates were awarded at State ATM Corporation’s Head Office to the Corporation’s managers and experts who had taken part in seminars on Customer Service for Air Navigation Service Providers arranged by the Institute of Air Navigation and involving the International Air Transport Association. Director General Igor Moiseenko handed out personalised certificates to the employees.

As part of the series of seminars that took place at State ATM Corporation’s Head Office, the employees were introduced to best practices in customer service management, ongoing global changes in air navigation services provision amidst the rapid development of technology, international trends in customer service and factors contributing to ANSPs’ operational efficiency.

During the awards ceremony, Igor Moiseenko focused on the importance of studying and implementing industry best practices in customer relations management, as well as applying the knowledge and insights gained in practice as part of State ATM Corporation’s customer service system enhancement.
