State ATM Corporation Takes Part in ICAO North Atlantic System Planning Group Meeting

The meeting was attended by representatives of the United Kingdom, Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, Canada, Norway, Portugal, the U.S., as well as a number of international aviation organizations including EUROCONTROL and IATA.

The Russian Federation was represented by experts from the State ATM Corporation Head Office and North-West Air Navigation branch.

The meeting addressed regional planning, implementation, and cybersecurity issues, analyzed the status of flight safety and its oversight, discussed economic and financial matters, as well as traffic recovery forecasts.

The next NAT/SPG meeting is scheduled for the second half of 2022.
