State ATM Corporation to Provide ATS during Victory Day Parade

FSUE “State ATM Corporation” informs that during the rehearsals of Victory Parade Airshow on 4 and 7 May as well as the Parade on 9 May 2017, short-term restrictions will be introduced in some Moscow airports. On 4, 7 and 9 May takeoffs and landings will not be performed at Sheremetyevo airport from 10.20 to 11.00 (Moscow time); Vnukovo airport – from 10.30 to 11.10 (Moscow time); Domodedovo, Ramenskoe and Ostafyevo airports – from 10.40 to 11.10 (Moscow time). Moscow ATC Center branch of the FSUE “State ATM Corporation” is responsible for air traffic management during Victory Day Parade.

Pulkovo airport in St.-Petersburg will not be closed on 4, 7 and 9 May. Short-term (5-7 minutes) single restrictions may be introduced in coordination with the airport administration. However, it is highly probable that these measures will be avoided thanks to the existing airspace structure in St.-Petersburg region and operational coordination between the North-West Air Navigation branch of the FSUE “State ATM Corporation” and military authorities.

The operations of Koltsovo airport in Ekaterinburg will be restricted on 6 and 7 May from 10.10 to 10.50 (local time) and from 14.30 to 15.10 (local time); 9 May – from 10.10 to 10.50 (local time). Ural Air Navigation branch of the FSUE “State ATM Corporation” is responsible for air traffic management in the region.

All airspace users and airports were timely informed about the restrictions via NOTAMs.
