The 36th meeting of the Eurasia Coordination Council held in Dushanbe

The 36^th joint meeting of Coordination Council and Coordination Group of Experts "Eurasia" took place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, from 23 to 26 April 2019. FSUE "State ATM Corporation" was represented by a delegation led by Director General Igor Moiseenko. More than 50 representatives of national air navigation services providers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of industry and aviation organizations - International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC), attended the meeting. 

During the event, members of CC Eurasia presented reports on the activities performed since the 35^th meeting held last October, heard the report of the Coordination Group of Experts and discussed the prospects of further development of cooperation.

Igor Moiseenko delivered a presentation on State ATM Corporation’s recent developments, containing statistics on air traffic in the Russian Federation. Mr. Moiseenko dwelt on the 2018 outcomes, highlighted the importance of ACC consolidation program implementation, in particular the commissioning of Tyumen and Ekaterinburg consolidated ACCs, took stock of ATM services provided during the XXIX World Winter Universiade 2019 held in Krasnoyarsk.

Delegates and invited guests noted the high level of the meeting organization provided by SUE "Tajikairnavigation". The next 37^th joint meeting of Coordination Council and Coordination Group of Experts “Eurasia” is to be held in September 2019 in Kazakhstan.
