The Joint ATM System operates within the airspace of the Russian Federation and in those areas where the responsibility for ATM and control of compliance with domestic and international requirements, standards, regulations, and procedures of airspace management is assumed by the Russian Federation in accordance with international agreements of the Russian Federation.
