SEARCH Central Siberia Air Navigation, Krasnoyarsk
The branch length of air-space area is as follows: from North to South - 3500 km, from West to East – 1250 km. ATC is provided on a huge territory, including Krasnoyarsk region, Tuva, and Taymyr.
Currently, the branch includes 14 ATC centers which serve more than 70 airlines from Russia and foreign countries.
The branch serves 40 international, 60 local, 6 aligned air routes with the total length of more than 60 000 km. Besides that the branch area of responsibility includes more than 290 local air routes with the total length of more than 60 000 km.
The coverage area includes 2 international airports – in Krasnoyarsk and Abakan. Air traffic increases on an average of 10% per year. Later on, it is planned to establish ACC from the Far North till southern borders of Russia on the basis of “Central Siberia Air Navigation”.
