Moscow ATC Centre, Moscow

The area of responsibility of Moscow ATC Centre covers 720,000 km² stretching for 1,046 km from north to south, and 995 km from west to east. Within this area, there are 71 aerodromes, including three largest international airports of the Russian Federation: Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Sheremetyevo.

CNS facilities of the Moscow ATC Centre are located throughout 18 Russian regions.

On 10 October 2017, a new Flight Control Centre was put into operation at Moscow ATC Centre. The new Flight Control Centre, equipped with Sintez-АР4 Automation ATM System, replaced TERCAS ATC Automation system, which had been operational since 1981.
